Design a space which you know from your own home. A sitting room or a dinning room. Your own bedroom or a kitchen. First practice with the example cards and check the result on the back in the connection to the drawing.
Don't forget to put the little measuring man onto your design. In this way you can see whether the table is too high, or maybe too low. Make a map or even a spatial drawing of your room. Use symbols such as you will find on the index card, but also patterns for wallpaper and materials.
